As for now in phase of calculation, it is a new building for offices with 3 levels in elevation supported by an underground parking on 3 levels.

Calculation of the slurry walls with 3 orders of tiebacks and of all the concrete structures.

The building is designed with floors in concrete with steel beams collaborating with stud welding fasteners. Steel columns. Studies of the the steel connections and calculations of joints.
