It is an historical building because one of the first totally reinforced concrete structure in Val d'Aosta built in 1910-1911. Verifications of the existing reinforced concrete frame construction under the action of the earthquake forces as for new Italian Code NTC2008 for seismic zone 3 (medium/low).

Calculation for the protrude carbon fiber plates to repair and static upgrade of the concrete beams and concrete slab of the roof, increasing the resisting bending moment.
