Waiting for vacation: a nice phrase

Still in Riyadh, always with temperatures more than 40 degree, I found on web a very clever phrase that I would like to share. It a simple think, but it seems to me a good thought:

"I like to debate structural engineering theory -- a lot. If I challenge you on something, know that I'm doing so because I respect your opinion enough to either change it or adopt it".
